SMG utilizes the tracking system and services of CP, Inc. in
Huntsville, TX. CP, Inc. has a collateral protection program that uses the
internet for staff information inquires, claim processing, and document
retrieval. The Credit Union forwards all insurance documents to CP. They
scan the documents and are available for viewing on the Internet. The
Credit Union can also scan documents and eliminate mail time.
